Everything after the booking, in one place: see your upcoming trips, move a date, swap a flight or a hotel, cancel a booking, or get unstuck when a trip already under way goes sideways. The assistant finds the trip you mean, checks what its fare or rate allows before touching it, and changes only what you confirm.

How it works

  1. Lists your upcoming trips, or finds the one you mean from a date, a destination or a colleague.
  2. Works out what has to change: a date, a traveler, one leg, the stay, a cancellation, or help with a trip in progress.
  3. Checks the fare or rate terms and your travel policy first, so any fee, refund or fresh approval is on the table before you decide.
  4. Makes the change or cancellation you confirm, keeps the rest of the trip intact, and hands back the updated itinerary.
