Payment run coverage

Tells you whether the money will be there to pay the bills falling due by a deadline you name, in the right currency, and if not how much to load and by when. Ask it days before the run, not the morning of: a transfer takes time to settle, so a shortfall found too late cannot be fixed.

How it works

  1. Takes the deadline you name, or the end of this week, and totals the bills and claims falling due by it.
  2. Splits that into what is due and what is actually payable today, naming who holds anything stuck in approval.
  3. Subtracts everything else leaving the account first, and checks each bill can be paid from a balance that reaches its currency.
  4. Gives one verdict per currency: covered, or short by an amount with the day to start the transfer.
