Before using Payhawk Gijs mentioned that he monitored his e-commerce performance by using accounting systems and appropriate metrics for the checks and balances. The two main costs are where the product itself and shipping. When COVID struck, these costs went down because 80% of their business was with gyms which closed temporarily.
