How it works

  1. Scans recent spend for spikes, outliers and duplicates against the account's own history.
  2. Explains the likely driver behind each flag: a new vendor, a price change, a one-off, or an error.
  3. Drills into the flagged items and, where warranted, asks the expense owner about it in Payhawk.
