Leaver handover

When someone leaves, nothing falls through. The assistant starts from the leaver's role and maps everything it holds up - cards, recurring charges, approvals, budgets and teams - ordered by what breaks first and phased around the last day. It does the safe actions you approve and prepares the handover for the rest, with a suggested owner named for each item.

How it works

  1. Maps everything the leaver's role owns or holds up: cards, recurring charges, approval flows, budgets, teams.
  2. Orders it by what breaks first, phased before, on and after the last day.
  3. Does the safe actions you approve, and prepares the handover for everything else with a suggested owner named per item.
