Amortizations sync with ERPs

We have extended native Integrations with NetSuite and Exact Online, which cover amortisations. The integrations now allow Payhawk to pull amortisation schedules/methods from the ERP so users can select them in the Payhawk platform when choosing how to defer an expense. Additionally, Payhawk will automatically transfer amortisation data (selected schedule and timeframe) to the ERP so it can run calculations locally.

Amortization Schedule

Payhawk can now support amortisations with the help of three new expense fields: amortisation schedule/method and a start and end date. The three fields are combined under a composite field called "Amortisation," which you can find in the list of built-in expense fields in your settings. The fields' visibility will be to "no one" by default, allowing you to enable them as and when you choose.

Expense field suggestion tooltips

Ever wondered which automation strategy we used to fill out expense fields automatically? Sometimes, the data population is based on our OCR; other times, it's historical data or a smart suggestion. Either way, now you'll be able to hover right next to each automatically-filled field and learn where that value came from, thanks to our new tooltips.

Allow and block merchant categories on spend policy level

You can now allow or block card transactions based on categories at a policy level. Admins can choose from 34 categories and type a category (e.g., Cloud computing) or enter the exact MCC they want to block/allow. Transactions outside of the category will be declined, and the spender will be notified through a push notification.
