What's new at Payhawk
Apple Pay Wallet Extension
The Apple Pay Wallet Extension makes it easier for users to add their Payhawk Card to Apple Pay by improving discoverability from right within Apple Wallet. Customers can now click on the Payhawk logo in their Wallet, and will be guided through the in-app experience of adding their Payhawk card to Apple Pay, straight from their Apple Wallet app.

Edit integration configuration without disconnecting
You can now edit the current configuration of a live integration by directly clicking on the new button “Edit configuration” without the need to disconnect from your ERP/accounting system. When clicking on the “Edit configuration”, Payhawk will redirect you to the “Map accounts” screen in the wizard for the configuration.

Filter cards based on funding source
Admins can now filter cards based on their funding source. That way, they can see cards for each currency account they have opened with Payhawk, as well as distinguish between card types (credit vs debit).

Visibility of Document Number in Expense Grid
The Document Number field is now visible in the expense grid, under the expense type. This is only available for Bank & Card expenses.

Change user email
Administrators can now change users' emails in the Employees app, instead of having to contact Support at Payhawk.

Export Accounting and Tracking Categories
Now, users can easily export their lists of category values directly from Payhawk. This enhancement allows users to efficiently edit their categories and reimport them back into the portal with ease.

Rotate documents in the expense app
Two small buttons that make a lot of difference. You can now rotate submitted expense documents in the portal.

Payhawk Green - carbon emission calculation
We've launched Payhawk Green, powered by an integration with Lune, meaning you can now generate reports to track CO2 data associated with purchases made on Payhawk cards. Within the use case, we also highlight which Custom Fields and Supplier Additional fields you can use to input ESG categories for suppliers or where to use emission factors in custom fields for all spending. We're extremely proud to be making the move to support sustainability, as one of the firsts in the spend management field.

7 new expense filters
We have introduced new filters for expenses to help you find what you're looking for even faster. These include note, expense currency, total amount, review status, review date, reviewer, and settlement date.

Data extraction with multiple attachments
We improved the way our Computer Vision processes multiple documents when they're all attached to the same expense. Field suggestions are filled with the data we capture from the FIRST document uploaded, but our computer vision reads all additional documents and highlights data so that users can make selections and replace the auto-filled values. No typing necessary!
