What's new at Payhawk

We've launched Payhawk Green, powered by an integration with Lune, meaning you can now generate reports to track CO2 data associated with purchases made on Payhawk cards. Within the use case, we also highlight which Custom Fields and Supplier Additional fields you can use to input ESG categories for suppliers or where to use emission factors in custom fields for all spending. We're extremely proud to be making the move to support sustainability, as one of the firsts in the spend management field.

We have introduced new filters for expenses to help you find what you're looking for even faster. These include note, expense currency, total amount, review status, review date, reviewer, and settlement date.

We improved the way our Computer Vision processes multiple documents when they're all attached to the same expense. Field suggestions are filled with the data we capture from the FIRST document uploaded, but our computer vision reads all additional documents and highlights data so that users can make selections and replace the auto-filled values. No typing necessary!

You can now request to open a new currency account directly in the platform in the Funds app, without contacting the support team.

New built-in flash for the mobile receipts camera for crisper images. You can now also control the AI-processing of images and turn it on and off after the photo has been taken.

Attention Portuguese speakers! The Payhawk platform is now available in your language.

• You can now add/remove employees from multiple entities at once via the Groups Teams module. Previously you had to do this within each Entity's employee module.
• Filter 'up to' date on the group dashboard to look at a specific time-frame when viewing spend in the Group Dashboard.

Online payments with Payhawk Visa cards now require authentication within the Payhawk app for added convenience and security, meaning users don't need to copy and paste SMS codes.

Approvers can now directly approve/decline expenses in the Expenses app as well as in the Inbox. This saves time in switching from the inbox to the expenses app and back!

We have added four new email notifications: To employees, for returned expenses (real time). To employees, for rejected expenses (real time). To employees, to remind them to submit expenses in Waiting (weekly, on Monday). To admins, to give them an overview of employees with expenses in Waiting (weekly, on Monday).
