Navigation and dashboard redesign
You can now find, review and act on spend faster with a redesigned Payhawk layout.
- Simpler navigation: one side menu across every app, with Bills, Card spend and Reimbursements as separate views and saved views one click away.
- Denser details: see more on screen, edit line items in place and move through your queue without closing the panel.
- Related items: see the trip, PO, proforma, credit note or report linked to each item, with discrepancies flagged inline.
- Comments in context: each comment shows at the approval step where it was made.
- Flexible panels: resize and drag any panel, including AI Office and the document viewer.
- Expenses is now Spend: a name that matches everything it covers.

Show or hide fields based on document type
You can now display specific spend screen fields based on selected document types. Users see only the fields relevant to that document, which keeps the screen simple.
- Visibility: Streamline your spend screen
- Triggers: Simplify data entry workflows
- Settings: Configure conditional display rules

Tax rates visibility
You can now control which tax rates your employees see. They can pick the right VAT rate the first time, and finance has less to fix before export.
- Deactivate the tax rates you don't need in Payhawk. They stay active in your ERP.
- Restrict tax rates to specific roles or teams, so people only see the rates that apply to them.
- Show tax rates only when the conditions you set are met, using conditional display.

Swiss QR-bill payments
You can now pay your swiss QR-bills directly from your CHF currency account.
- Send CHF payments to Swiss QR-IBANs with a structured QR reference.
- Pay from your Payhawk CHF currency account over the local payment scheme.
- Skip the workarounds: no alternative IBAN and no SWIFT transfer needed.

QuickBooks Online export card expenses
You can now export card expenses to QuickBooks Online as expenses instead of Bills.
Go to Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks Online > Edit configuration, go to Card expenses > Export as and pick Expenses.
Each card expense then goes over as one Expense, booked directly against the bank or credit card account that paid it.
Please note: each card currency or card must be mapped to a bank or credit card account in QuickBooks first. Card expenses split across more than one card transaction can't be sent as Expenses.

Rillet Integration
You can now sync your spend data directly to your Rillet ledger automatically.
Once connected, your chart of accounts, tax rates, suppliers, and custom fields flow from Rillet to Payhawk, and every reviewed expense and settled payment is exported to Rillet as the matching accounting document. There is no need for manual data entry or CSV uploads.

Purchase order duplication
You can now duplicate POs/Requests.If you often make similar orders (e.g. hardware for new joiners), you need to repeatedly type in the same information.
What's copied:
- All of the request fields (both built-in and additional)
- All of the line items (with all categorization fields)
What's not copied:
- The comments and audit logs
- The documents
- The request owner

NetSuite card spend export as credit card charges
You can now export card transactions to NetSuite as native credit card charges.
- A new export option sends card spend as a native NetSuite Credit Card Charge, and refunds as a Credit Card Refund.
- Each transaction is a single record that debits the expense and VAT accounts and credits a Credit Card GL account.
- The card account matches the card statement as soon as the expense is exported, and customers settle it through statement reconciliation instead of bill payments.
