What's new at Payhawk

You can now add your company's shared Finance inbox as an approved sender in Payhawk and start forwarding invoices to your unique Payhawk mailbox. When you do, you get:

• Auto-matching and routing: Invoices are automatically routed to the corresponding entity and assigned an owner. If a card transaction exists, the invoice is matched; if not, a new bill is created.
• Auto-sorting and clean data: Duplicates and irrelevant documents get filtered out automatically.
• Auto-matching to POs:Invoices are matched to existing Purchase Orders or Purchase Requests (if any).

You can now handle receipt chasing, submissions and approvals with the Financial Controller Agent inside Microsoft Teams.

• Where your team already works: no tool switching, no new interface.
• Full loop in chat: chase, submit and approve without opening Payhawk.
• Same agent, same rules: your policy and approval chain apply unchanged.

You can now have AI run whole finance jobs end to end from a single prompt, instead of working through them step by step.

• Jobs, not tasks: month-end close, expense review, budget control and supplier clean-up.
• Nothing to configure: pick a playbook and it runs.
• You stay in control: the playbook does the legwork, you review and confirm.

You can now capture structured eInvoices for your Italian and Finnish entities in Payhawk automatically.

• New networks: SdI in Italy and Finvoice in Finland.
• Alongside existing coverage: France, Poland and all Peppol countries.
• One tool: eInvoicing for all your entities in the same place.

You can now connect Payhawk to Claude and ChatGPT, ask your spend data anything, and act on the answer without leaving the chat.

• Reads and acts: code, approve, chase and close — not just look things up.
• Previewed before it runs: every change is shown to you before it happens.
• Your permissions only: nothing runs beyond what you can already do in Payhawk.

You can now send several receipts at once and act on behalf of your team or your whole company from chat.

• Bulk receipts: send several at once and the agent matches each one.
• Nothing missing: where there's no expense to match, it offers to create one.
• Wider scope: approve, review and submit for your team or company, not just yourself.

Now you can reserve a trip with several stops in a single request, even when the legs are on airlines that can't share one ticket.

Here's what's new:

• One request, every leg: Build the trip leg by leg (flights, hotels, car and rail) and see the whole journey on one timeline.
• Any carrier combination: Mix airlines freely within the same trip, including low-cost carriers that never fit a single ticket.
• Change one leg at a time: Edit or rebook a single leg without touching the rest of the trip.

Now you can complete all your KYC requirements in one rebuilt place in the portal.

Here's what's new:

• One place for the whole submission: Company data, directors and beneficial owners, and documents sit together, with clear visibility of what's outstanding.
• Requests handled in-product: Corrections and extra information are requested directly in the Compliance Center, not by email.
• Same place for later updates: Periodic KYC refreshes and company detail changes run through the same flow.

Requirements are unchanged: We collect the same documents and information. Only the experience has changed.

You can now search and book one trip for up to 10 travellers at once, instead of running the group off-platform and reconciling by hand.

Here's what's new:

• Book once for the whole group: A single search and booking flow covers every traveller on the trip.
• Individual controls per traveller: Each person keeps their own policy, approval, card and expense report, and approvals run in parallel rather than in sequence.
• Independent bookings: Every traveller is booked separately, so nothing fails silently and one person's change never forces a rebook for the entire group.

Now per diems are created automatically from the trip itself rather than entered on a manual form.

Here's what's new:

• Generated from the booking: The agent takes times directly from the booked flight and hotel itinerary.
• Deductions and calculation handled: Provided meals and other deductions are marked automatically and the amount is calculated against your existing per diem policy.
• In the same request: The per diem is part of the trip request, so there's no separate submission and no manual reconciliation afterwards.
